Jamie Gobel - Founder of Evolve Coaching, Co-Creator of ELX
Jamie is an executive coach, culture strategist, and changemaker with over 20 years of leadership experience, including co-leading a founder-owned company through its sale and transition to private equity ownership. Her lived experience of navigating growth, transformation, and burnout shaped her mission: to equip leaders and organizations to thrive without sacrificing well-being.
As Co-Creator of ELX: Energy Leadership for Women, Jamie helps high-achieving women reconnect with their energy, align with their values, and lead with clarity and intention. She is also the creator of the Energy to Lead framework, which she brings to executives, leadership teams, and organizations through coaching and culture activation.
Jamie is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and Energy Leadership™ Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP). She combines her executive background with Energy Leadership to support leaders in aligning energy, values, and culture to drive meaningful, sustainable results.
Ellen Gifford - Co-Creator of ELX, Executive Leadership Coach
Ellen is a seasoned leadership coach, innovative HR executive, and business consultant with nearly 30 years of experience across healthcare, insurance, entertainment, and hospitality. A passionate advocate for purpose-driven leadership, she is known for reimagining how culture, strategy, and energy intersect in today’s evolving workplace.
As Co-Creator of ELX: Energy Leadership for Women, Ellen partners with Jamie Gobel to create transformational group coaching experiences where women can thrive without burning out. Through ELX, Ellen helps women master their energy, elevate their impact, and lead with intention in both their professional and personal lives.
Ellen is an MBA, SHRM-certified HR professional, Lean Leader, Certified Professional Coach, and graduate of the Results Based Leadership Institute. Her leadership has earned national recognition, including Becker’s Hospital Review and the Ultimate Software Innovation Award.

Deanna is an executive coach, strategist, and innovative educator who brings decades of creative mastery, emotional insight, and transformational leadership to her work with high-performing individuals and teams. With a rare blend of artistic intuition and strategic rigor, she helps leaders reconnect with their core values, access deeper creativity, and lead with clarity and impact.
As a Senior Lecturer and longtime Vanderbilt University faculty, she founded and built its first songwriting program, still thriving in its twenty-fifth year. Deanna has coached and mentored thousands of emerging leaders, many of whom went on to become award-winning innovators, artists, and executives. Her coaching integrates creativity, innovation, and emotional intelligence to help leaders unlock authentic expression and build cultures rooted in trust and belonging.
Her lived experience—navigating personal trauma, caregiving for parents with Alzheimer’s, and building a purpose-driven career—grounds her coaching in empathy and resilience. Deanna challenges the status quo while honoring the human at the center of leadership.

Bhavika is a certified Core Energy Coach (CPC, ELI-MP) and experienced people, operations, and culture strategist with more than 20 years of cross-sector experience spanning public policy, social impact, entertainment, banking, and consulting. She helps leaders and teams move beyond surface-level challenges to uncover and shift the deeper beliefs and energy patterns that may be holding them back—especially during transitions, identity shifts, and burnout recovery.
Known for blending structure with empathy, Bhavika supports leaders as they dismantle limiting beliefs, unlock inner wisdom, and build intentional practices that sustain growth. She is especially passionate about empowering women to embrace their uniqueness, break free from limitations, and align their leadership with their values and aspirations.
Her career includes leadership roles in organizational effectiveness, change management, and cultural transformation, where she has helped leaders design intentional strategies, build thriving cultures, and lead through complexity with confidence. She brings a deep understanding of how systems, strategy, and people intersect—and how leaders can create environments where belonging and purpose fuel performance.
Through one-on-one coaching, immersive workshops, and group programs, Bhavika equips mid-level to executive leaders to lead with greater clarity, resilience, and authenticity.
